requirements
The banner width can be of any width that you specify, i.e. a small rectangle, or across the entire web page. The text can either go straight, or follow a wave, zoom in or out, scroll vertically or horizontally The height of the banner, the color, background can all be modified. The text height color, and direction of scrolling can be varied. If you are an amateur Web Page designer, we are happy to create a text banner effect of your text, and send you the completed html code, and java files required to run this effect.
