Costs of placing an add

(Business directory)

Between now and 30st of August 2006, We have an introductory cost, for placing a yearly add, which is only $50.00. Our usual price for placing an add in "Santafe-online.com" is $88-00.

As a "secondary" bonus discount, for those, who do place an add, between now, and 30st of August 2006, not only receive the introductory price of $50-00, but on renewal of their add the following year, will also receive a 25% discount off the $88-00 price of placing an add.

That is a $22-00 discount off the renewal price of $88-00, bringing their renewal costs down to $66-00.

At times things change, idea's, phone number's etc., and you will want to modify your information, with your add with us. Please note, there is no charge, nor will there ever be a charge, to update your information, on your add with us. Just simply write to us, or email us, with your new information, and your add will be updated.

* For those companies with up to (5) five different categories, this $50.00 fee applies. For example, if your company has multiple products or services, i.e., a cleaning company, that specializes in windows, carpets, chimneys, outside home cleaning, and car cleaning. We are happy to list your company in 5 different sections at no extra cost. So you will be receiving (5) five adds, for the price of one. If the company has more services, i.e. more than 5, each add over the 5 add limit will attract a $10.00 extra fee.


So finally if you want your company listed in 6 section or categories, this will cost your company $50.00 for the first 5 adds, and $10.00 for the 6th add, in total, $60.00, for the first year, and the relevant discounts will apply after that.

Costs of Setting up a Web Page

We charge a single Flat Fee for all our services.

Please don't be concerned, as you read the following details on setting up your own "www" page. We at the "santafe-online" are going to remove all the work, and remove the stress of having your own web page, out on the world wide web.

Ok, the bare, basic nuts & bolts of setting up a internet web site are, in everyone's language is as follows....

First, you would obtain your own "www" name. This is called your domain name, and then, you would arrange for a Internet company, to hold that name for you, and allow you to use their computer, to run your web site. There is a two fold cost involved, just for that part alone.

We here at Santa Fe online will do all the registrations, and web page creation, & hosting for you, just let us know your web page name you would like, and choose or design layout, from our web design page .

And if you so desire, Add some special effects, with your photographs


Listed below is a quick check chart to show you our fee's to create your web page.

Sites can vary greatly, and if you wish to have a complete custom design to your choice, we can certainly accomodate your wishes.

 Below are some of the basic costs for certain items. If you have an existing site, or wish to have designs and attributes not listed in the standard packages, we can easily set some time to sit and plan out your website, and the applicable costs to create it.

  Costs for complete custom websites run at a labor cost of $35.00 per hour. If you have an existing site and wish to have your site updated, the same applies of $35:00 per hour.


There is no minimal hourly costs, if your requirements only take 10 minuntes to complete, you would only be cahrged 10 minutes, not a minimum of $35:00.

*Cost's include, a full page of text, (approximately equivalent, to a standard A4 sheet of typing) and to display, up to 10 photographs.

The page can be any color, or any color texture.

Photo's average display size will be a maximum of, 640 x 480 & 72 DPI resolution. (Any more photo's, or higher resolution, will dramatically slow down the loading of the web page).

Also includes digital scanning of paper photo's, and or resizing digital photo's supplied by you. Also your own domain name email is also included.

Cost's include, for the basic slide shows, scanning if needed from paper photo's, resizing of digital images, as all images must be of the same size, to run the slide show, in basic mode.

For the intermediate Multiple category and advanced slideshows, prices supplied on your requirements. Prices will vary if scanning is required. For advanced slideshows, your hosting server must have linux style of hosting, special file extensions must be available to run on your own server. All sites set up and hosted with Santa Fe Online have this funcionality built in so you need not worry.


* Cost's include, scanning if needed from paper photo's, and or, resizing of digital images.
For lifelike photo to living video, costs do vary, depending on audio file supplied, and lip synchronizing audio to photo and converting to video format. quote will be given upon supplied material.
For creating image maps, the costs will vary on how many links you desire on a single image.


* Cost's include, scanning, if needed from paper photo's, and or, resizing of digital images. All we require is your text input for the text display. Graphic text headings either supply your background images, and or idea's, & text.
Feedback forms, costs quoted on application, starting from $35.00, due to the amount of information required can be so varied.


* Cost's include, scanning, if needed from paper photo's, and or, resizing of digital images. Analyzing video and sound format's to conform with their specific controllers. MP3 jukebox sampled tracks, costs can vary on how many tracks are to be used.
Internal search engine on basic, will search entire site for info. The specific search will only aim at pages you allocate for info, which more detailed info is input into the coding. Searching and allocating graphic images to page.

For Graphic image backgrounds, either plain fixed images, or sliding text over static images, fee's include, scanning (if needed), Photo editing to create multi layer images to conform with webpage themes.

Shopping cart required items..bank name/account number/routing number/soc sec number. Fees structure on creating cart varies on how many items being sold. Setting up your admin account fee $35.00, then for every 4 items $35.00 (per four items), example selling 8 items, total cost would be $105.00. Custom shopping cartbuttons to suit your page are extra also depending on volume of goods being advertised. Standard paypal white buttons free.

DVD to DIVX conversation take some time to encode. Usual price average to about $35.00 per hour of each hour of converted dvd video (minimum fee $35.00).

For Custom Cursor's, The image must be square as possible, as standard internet rules, will either stretch or compress your image to fit it's display system.
I can create the cursor from any image supplied. Fee's quoted above are for each seperate cursor desired.

Once a page is password protected, the original is backed up, if you wish to update the password protected page, it must be unlocked, then edited and re locked, and uploaded once again. The same cost's apply as above in re applying the protection.
You obviously would retain a copy of the original page, so if you edit it, and wish to re apply the password, the costs apply as above.

If it was simply an address or phone number update, there would be no costs to update that sort of information.


Costs are accrued and invoiced at an hourly rate. If it was only ten (10) minutes of work you required, you would be invoiced only the 10 minutes, or when one hour had finally been achieved, in your web page updates.

There is no minimum hourly charge !
